The hotel was very clean and the staff and food were lovely. We greatly enjoyed the way our king studio was. Would recommend to others.

The bed was comfy, the location - very good and the staff - helpful. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was available. There was Beppu Restaurant, max 5 mins walk to, thoroughly enjoyed their meals...

That elevator was missing.

People were polite and ready to render an EXCEPTIONAL service. Set right by nimmanhaemin. There was a great dining option, the salad concept, only 400 metres from the hotel.

Can’t fault anything about it.
